Our experience: If you are traveling East-West on I90 or North-South on I35, you will come across a sign for Top Of Iowa Welcome Center- stop there! You will not be able to take your dog(s) inside the beautiful barn-style welcome center but will take a brief stroll on the paved path behind the building.
